These terms govern your use of the Northridge Drain & Plumbing website and any services you book through us.
Estimates and pricing
All written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing is determined upon scope confirmation and material availability. We provide flat-rate pricing in writing prior to commencing work.
Workmanship guarantee
We stand behind our work. Standard residential repairs carry a 30-day workmanship guarantee. New installations carry a 1-year labor warranty in addition to the manufacturer's parts warranty.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled window at no charge. Cancellations within the 2-hour window may incur a dispatch fee.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made (e.g., financing, Net-30 commercial accounts). We accept all major credit cards, ACH, checks, and approved financing.
Limitation of liability
Except as required by law, our liability for any claim relating to services performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Los Angeles County.
